It was just over a year ago that we were honored to photograph Catherine & Ryan’s wedding here in Mobile. Catherine is the oldest of five sisters (and one brother), from an extraordinary family in Dallas, Tex. We were excited to be contacted by Elizabeth only a few months later with the news that she and David were planning a wedding of their own. It meant so much to be trusted for a second time by the Karam family, and Elizabeth and David are such sweet, genuine people that their wedding was one of the most meaningful we’ve seen, filled with the kind of family love that you see more often on television than in real life. Elizabeth and David’s wedding took place in Dallas, Tex., at the University of Dallas, and the reception was at the Las Colinas Country Club.

I’ve known Lisa since high school, and when Jeff and I moved back to Mobile, she was one of our dearest friends. I’ve got to say, I was pretty excited to document her wedding, not just because Jim is an awesome guy and a spot-on match for Lisa, but because it was fun to see so many friends from high school, and even back to grammar school, who celebrated with them. Congratulations, Lisa and Jim! We love you both!
