Memorial Building At Abraham Lincoln Birthplace

In the rolling green hills and woods of Kentucky, south of Louisville are a couple of historic sites worth checking out. Both sites are part of the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historical Park. The first is Lincoln’s boyhood home at Knob Creek, where you check out a cabin similar to the one he would have lived in during his very early years. The second site is the place where our country constructed its first monument to the 16th president.
