Dexter Avenue King Memorial Baptist Church Mural

A group tours the Dexter Avenue King Memorial Baptist Church March 18, 2010, where a mural by John W. Feagin depicting people and events of the civil rights movement covers an entire wall in the basement. Martin Luther King Jr. served as pastor at the church from 1954 to 1960, and it was in the basement that King and others organized the Montgomery bus boycott.
